Data we collect
Your email address, and the dates you add (a title, day and month, and an optional first year). We also store your timezone and language preference so reminders arrive correctly.
Why we use it
Solely to provide the service: to send your reminder emails and the optional weekly digest, and to let you sign in and manage your dates. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Legal basis
We process your data to perform the service you signed up for (contract) and based on our legitimate interest in operating and securing it.
Cookies
We use only functional cookies: one to remember your language choice and a session cookie for sign-in and security (CSRF). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Analytics
We measure aggregate, anonymous usage (such as page views) with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that sets no cookies and does not collect personal data. It helps us improve the service and is never used to identify you or sold.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your dates and reminders are removed.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
